Cancellation Policy for Purchase Options
This policy explains how and when you can cancel an order placed on NEWGARMENTS, for each purchase option we currently offer. It applies alongside, and does not limit, your statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom (see our Return & Refund Policy).
1. Single-Item Purchases
You may cancel a standard, one-time purchase free of charge if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and is instead handled as a return under our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Bundle & Quantity Discount Purchases (e.g. "Buy 2, Get 20% Off" / "Buy 3, Get 30% Off")
From time to time we offer discounted pricing when you buy multiple items in a single order ("bundle offers"). These are not subscriptions — they are one-time purchases with a quantity-based discount applied at checkout.
- You may cancel a bundle order in full under the same terms as Section 1, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
- If you later return part of a bundle order and the remaining items no longer qualify for the original quantity discount, the refund for the returned item(s) will be calculated using the price you would have paid for the remaining items at their standalone (non-bundle) price. The bundle discount is not lost on items you keep, but it cannot be split across a partial return.
- Any free gift included as part of a bundle offer must be returned together with the qualifying items if the entire bundle order is returned or cancelled.
3. Subscription / Recurring Purchase Options
NEWGARMENTS does not currently offer subscription-based or recurring purchase options. If we introduce this purchase option in the future, this policy will be updated to state the applicable notice period, billing cycle, and cancellation process before it becomes available at checkout.
How to Cancel
- Email support@newgarments.store with your order number as soon as possible after placing your order.
- If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
- If your order has already been dispatched, we will provide return instructions instead; see our Return & Refund Policy.
Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK)
Independently of the above, if you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. EU consumers can exercise this right via our Withdrawal Form. Full details, including who bears the cost of return shipping, are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
US Customers
There is no federal cooling-off period for online apparel purchases in the United States. The cancellation terms in Sections 1–2 above are offered voluntarily and apply to all US orders.
