How do I know what size to order?
Most of our pieces are true to size. For a relaxed fit, order your usual size. If you like it more fitted, you can size down. You can also check the Size Guide for model stats and exact measurements.
What if it doesn’t fit me?
No stress — you’ve got 30 days to return or swap it. We’ve made the process super simple in case the fit isn’t right first time.
Is the material good quality?
Yes. Everything is made with soft-touch fabrics, durable stitching and heavy-weight finishes. Our fleece collection especially gets reviews like: “Didn’t expect it to be this good.”
How long does delivery take?
Most UK and USA orders arrive in 2–5 working days. We also ship tracked across the EU. You’ll get tracking as soon as it’s on the way.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our European warehouse, so there’s no long wait or surprise customs fees.
Can I gift this to someone?
