Return & Refund Policy

By submitting a request through NEWGARMENTS, you agree to the conditions outlined below. These policies are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for all customers.

Eligibility for Returns

NEWGARMENTS sells apparel intended for regular, long-term personal wear. Items purchased for temporary use with the intention of returning them (such as for photoshoots, events, or short-term wear) are not eligible for a refund.


14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received

  • Include original tags and original packaging

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items returned outside the 14-day window will not be accepted.


Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@newgarments.store within the return period.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions.

  3. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Return Shipping

  • Customer remorse (size, fit, or change of mind):
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Incorrect, defective, or damaged items:
    We will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as NEWGARMENTS is not responsible for lost return shipments.


Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or the wrong size.
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Please note: Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card or payment provider

  3. If the issue persists, contact us at support@newgarments.store — we respond within 24 hour
