Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and courier conditions.


Shipping Rates

We offer standard shipping with the following pricing:

  • Orders over $79.00 USD: Free shipping

  • Orders under $79.00 USD: $6.95 USD shipping fee

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to your registered email address.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become active.


Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be accommodated.


Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
